3) Creating Jewish Art – Marla Schram Wolfe
If you’re creative this is the class for you. Create Jewish art with our artist-in-residence.

4) Time to Unwind: Yoga – Shawn Broida
Yogi Shawn from the Center for Yoga helps Teens de-stress and become more flexible.

5) The Jewish World in Real Time (Current Events) – Jacob Gregg
What is the Jewish perspective on the events in the newspaper? How should we react to the social, political and religious issues of today?

6) Jews in Film - Elissa Berg
Movie Lover? You’ll love this class! We will look at several films with Jewish actors, Jewish themes, and Jewish subjects.

7) Ethics – Vadim Avshalumov
Right or Wrong? Moral or Immoral? What choices should we make when there are competing ethical considerations? This class will grapple with the highly controversial.

8) The Jewish Web – Noah Krugel
Utilizing 21 st century technology we will delve into the Jewish world of Cyberspace.

Your setting will be the Internet Lab. Your mission will be to determine what’s hot and why it’s Jewish.

5) Social Justice – PJ Cherrin

6) Everything You Didn’t Learn in Hebrew School – Eric Yanoff
You decide the topic and let Rabbi Eric be your guide.

8) ACT Prep – Dworkin Tutors
Scholars will aid you in preparing for the ACT test. You know, the one you have to do well on to get into a good college.

9) Dunk n Drash – Steven Rubenstein
It’s a basketball game followed by some lite Torah study with Rabbi Steven. Slam dunk!


The structure for ATID will be the following:

Dinner 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
1st Period 6:40 pm - 7:30 pm
2nd Period 7:40 pm - 8:30 pm

8th & 9th grade students will have an elective during the 1st Period.
10th, 11th & 12th grade students will have an elective during the 2nd Period
